I downloaded this program and inpout some items, but ran of time to do a full test.Two days later I opened up another database Invoicing program , and what did I get, but, the Free Hotel software tried to load. I tried a further program that of Genealogy program and once again the Free Hotel attempted to load up. So that my existing programs will run I have had to uninstall the free Hotel software. The download worked fine. However, the software wouldn\'t install. I tried 3 times, twice from first download and a 3rd time from a fresh download. I just made a spread sheet that does what I need, so, I no longer need your program. Thanks anyway for offering your productPaul Vee

I find the software fantastic, BUT am finding it difficult to comprehend.All i want to do is to be able to invoice a client, logging all payments,upfront payments and make sure that there are no double bookings for the rooms.ThanksRodney

I download the program but I cannot install becouse is asking me for password or pin number,???? if is just a demo!!!

I was looking for a more interactive software so people in the field could enter their activities directly into the system instead of sending emails to the admin.If this was available in the web help desk software and I missed it, please let me know.I also could not see or enter info into the response area after the ticket had been created.
